Administrative Law
In administrative law, the focus of our legal practice lies in the areas of municipal law, public building law and commercial administrative law, in particular mining law. In these areas, we represent both public legal entities (cities and municipalities, administrative districts, special purpose associations) and private legal entities (in particular companies). Our activities in public building law include, for example, out-of-court and in-court representation in the preparation of urban land-use plans and other urban development regulations, in the approval of projects or in the appropriation of compensation amounts in accordance with § 135a BauGB or § 154 BauGB (Building Code). In mining law, we primarily advise and represent private companies, e.g. in connection with the granting of a mining permit or a mining approval, as well as with regard to the approval of framework, main, special and final operating plans.
