International Business Law

We advise and represent German and international clients in all commercial law matters with cross-border implications. This includes, in particular, international M&A projects and the drafting and negotiation of contracts as well as the protection of intellectual property rights on an international basis, and data protection advice to international companies.

For many decades our activities have been based on our active membership of important international networks: more than 10,000 lawyers are linked to each other through ALFA International (worldwide) and the Association of European Lawyers (Europe), giving our clients access to a worldwide range of services. We are part of these networks, and use them to offer our clients competent and efficient legal advice in an international environment.
